The origin of Soomduu App
Our Story Since 2025Soomduu began from a small, everyday problem in our lives
It grew out of our own experience after we'd just moved to Khon Kaen, facing the same question almost every day: "What should we eat today?" We found that choosing a restaurant each day isn't easy — even with plenty of options, we'd often end up at the same place, simply because we didn't know which one to pick.
So we started asking: "What if there were a helper that made choosing a place much easier?" That was the beginning of Soomduu.
We designed Soomduu to be more than a shop-search app — a decision-making companion that helps people discover new places more easily, while giving shops, especially local businesses, a chance to reach new customers on the same platform. Because we believe discovering great shops shouldn't be hard — turning the question "Where should we go today?" into a new favorite spot for many people. 💚
